Claude Byrde

Claude Byrde is an experienced sales leader currently serving as the Head of Sales and Stores Switzerland at AkzoNobel since February 2014, with responsibilities encompassing the entire Swiss stores and sales organization, back-office stores, and PFR buyer functions. Claude is a member of the DACH Management team and chairs the Swiss entity, having successfully implemented profitability programs, distribution development plans, and staff coaching initiatives. Prior to this role, Claude held positions including Head of Sales Switzerland and Sales Director West at AkzoNobel, and Sales Manager for Switzerland and Italy at Bang & Olufsen, where contributions included new channel development and key account management. Claude's educational background includes leadership training from the Zurich School of Management, a strategic account management degree from SAWI, and a master's degree in electronic audio-video from EPSIC.
