Dr. Hisham Sherif

Dr. Hisham Sherif currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait - Egypt since January 2019, also holding the position of Senior Vice President - CIO at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait since September 2015. With extensive experience in the banking and IT sectors, Dr. Sherif previously worked at Piraeus Bank Egypt as Deputy Director, Head of IT Division, and held various managerial roles in IT and sales at Orascom Electronic Industries and Orascom Distribution. Dr. Sherif's academic credentials include a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration from the European International University - Paris, an MBA from Alexandria University, and a Bachelor's in Engineering from Cairo University.
