Asem Shehata

Asem Shehata is a seasoned professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Global Organization Agility Director at Al Dahra since January 2024. Previously, Asem held the position of Human Resources Director at Toyota Egypt Group and New Egypt Gold, where responsibilities included implementing HR strategies and managing talent development. Asem's extensive experience includes roles such as Organization Excellence Manager at ADES, where Asem led HR transformation projects, and National HR Manager at Kuehne + Nagel, achieving a significant reduction in employee turnover. Asem also contributed to HR Shared Services at Novartis and managed numerous HR projects at PricewaterhouseCoopers across the MENA region.
