Qadeer Latif

Qadeer Latif is an experienced Health Safety Environment Advisor with a diverse background in health and safety management across various projects in the oil and gas industry. Currently employed at Al Nasr Contracting since August 2021, Qadeer oversees safety for significant projects, including a reverse osmosis seawater desalination project and a pipeline integrity upgrade for ADNOC. Prior to this role, Qadeer served as an HSE Supervisor at SK Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd, focusing on the ADNOC underground oil storage caverns project, and held positions as a Health Safety Environment Officer and Safety Officer in various companies, managing projects for ADNOC and other clients. Qadeer holds a degree in Social Sciences from the University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, earned between 2009 and 2011.
