Matthew Woodruff

Matthew Woodruff is a seasoned healthcare executive with over 27 years of experience in Medi-Cal, Medicare, and Commercial programs. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Alameda Alliance for Health since July 2015, Matthew has a proven track record in strategic and performance-driven leadership, including successfully managing nearly $1 billion. Previously, Matthew held key roles such as Chief Operations Officer at Alameda Alliance, where significant achievements included leading the organization out of conservatorship ahead of schedule and managing a substantial portion of the budget. Matthew's extensive experience also includes positions at WellPoint Amerigroup, Santa Clara Family Health Plan, Molina Healthcare, and CMS, among others. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Mary's College of California.
