Don Langlois

Don Langlois currently serves as the Manager of Total Health and Wellness at Alamos Gold Inc., a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, Langlois managed Workplace Health and Disability Management at Vale from December 2019 to June 2025 and led Occupational Health, Hygiene & Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives at DMC Mining Services from October 2014 to December 2019. At DMC, Langlois developed and implemented mental health strategies and fitness for duty programs while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Clinical Services at North East CCAC, where Langlois oversaw a team providing clinical services in Northeastern Ontario. Educational background includes Mental Health First Aid training.
