Nicole McGrane

Nicole works within the Private Equity team as a Research Analyst. She graduated from Warwick University in 2018 and holds a first-class degree in Philosophy & Psychology. She’s passionate about emotionally intelligent leadership and the application of neuroscience to team development.

Before joining Albany, Nicole worked within technical recruitment teams and an innovative career discovery start-up.
