Some of their notable accomplishments include the review, evaluation, and advisement of over 1,200 projects per year on topics such as telecommunications, roads, ports, airports, railway transportation, and urban transport. Jorge also created a new methodology for the evaluation of railway and multimodal transport projects.

Jorge Antonio García Puente has a degree in Business Administration and Management from IPADE Business School, an academic exchange in international business from Vanderbilt University - Owen Graduate School of Management, a master's degree in finance from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, and a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
