Olena Saratoga

Olena Saratoga is a Senior Quality Specialist at Alcami Corporation, where responsibilities include leading client and regulatory audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and providing support to the Quality Management team. Previously, at Charles River Laboratories, Saratoga excelled in operations and production management, overseeing manufacturing processes and production planning. Prior experience also includes serving as Director of Quality Assurance at Biotestlab, where expertise encompassed Log Reduction Studies and Validation processes, and a long tenure at PJSC SIC “Borshchahivskiy CPP” in various quality assurance and engineering roles. Olena holds a Master's degree in Biotechnology Engineering from the National University of Food Technologies and a Bachelor's degree in Food Products from Kiyv Commercial College.
