Renan has been working in the IT industry for over 10 years. Renan started their career as an Analyst at Accenture Brasil, where they worked for 1 year. Renan then moved on to become a Full Stack Engineer at UNICAD Group, where they worked for 7 months. In December 2019, they joined Alchemy as a Full Stack Developer. In April 2021, they were promoted to Team Lead. Renan served in this role for 1 year before being promoted to their current position as Lead Software Engineer in March 2022.

Tomas Gargiulo is a Full Stack Developer at Alchemy. Tomas has over two years of professional experience in the software development industry. 

Tomas began their career as a software developer at America Virtual in July 2018. Tomas worked there for just over a year before moving to B4code in August 2019. At B4code, Tomas worked as a full stack developer for five months. 

In January 2020, Tomas left B4code to join [Globant](/org/globant). Tomas worked as a .NET developer at [Globant](/org/globant) for eleven months before joining Alchemy in November 2020.
