Lynette is a seasoned executive with 20 years’ experience in customer service and business transformation and operations in the healthcare IT and finance industries. She most recently served as General Manager at EMIS Health, in the Acute division.

Lynette oversees Alcidion’s activities in the UK region, with a strong focus on transforming customer engagement and ensuring we continue to deliver innovative technology solutions that address the evolving needs of healthcare. She is a senior leader who brings extensive experience and fresh insights in the healthcare sector. She has a strong track record of delivering digital health initiatives and building high-performing sales and operational teams.

She is a strong believer that the patient must be at the heart of every decision an organisation makes. Whether that be for patient care or spending the money wisely they have to keep the patient at the heart of everything they do. We have to break down the barriers between care settings and ensure the patient information is allowed to flow freely between care settings and technology providers.
