Carilee Rodwell is a pharmaceutical scientist and manager with ten years of DMPK and bioanalytical experience, coupled with three additional years in clinical chemistry assay development and optimization. They have held various leadership roles, including Senior Manager at Alcon, where they contributed to critical troubleshooting and method optimization for ophthalmic products. Rodwell's expertise encompasses a strong track record in developing sensitive LC/MS/MS methods, adhering to GLP, GCP, and GMP standards, as well as leading high-performing teams. They earned a Ph.D. in Biological Chemistry from The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and a B.S. in Biochemistry from Trinity University.
