Melissa Parker

Melissa Parker currently serves as the Director of Market Strategy for US Pharma at Alcon, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Parker was the Senior Director of Marketing at Aerie Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included leading downstream marketing for the glaucoma portfolio and developing promotional strategies for healthcare professionals and patient support. With experience in medical education at ReVision Optics, training sales teams at Avanir Pharmaceuticals and Abbott, and various leadership roles at Allergan, including overseeing a significant sales territory and national training initiatives, Parker showcases a strong background in marketing, training, and strategic leadership within the pharmaceutical industry. Parker holds a BS in Business Management with a focus on Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Redlands and has participated in executive education at Kellogg.
