Pankaj N. is an experienced quality assurance professional with a strong background in leading QA practices within the technology and finance sectors. Currently serving as the Head of QA, Release and Reliability practice at Aldar since October 2024, Pankaj focuses on delivering scalable digital solutions and fostering a quality-first culture. Previously, Pankaj was the Senior Manager of Quality Engineering at R3, overseeing QA for digital asset and blockchain projects while implementing efficient testing frameworks. During a tenure at Q-Agile, Pankaj led efforts to transform quality engineering practices for banks through building QA and SDET teams. Additionally, Pankaj held roles at HSBC and Marsh McLennan, focusing on Agile delivery and large-scale Agile transformations. Pankaj holds an MBA in IT from Symbiosis International University.
