Richard Berghoff

Richard Berghoff is an experienced finance and project management professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Team Lead and Senior Manager in Finance Solutions at ALDI Nord Group since December 2024, Richard previously held positions including IT Project Manager in Inhouse Consulting at E.ON Digital Technology and Technology Project Manager at ALDI Nord Group. Richard's prior experience also includes roles as Project Change Manager at thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions AG and Projektmanagement Specialist at ALDI SÜD. Early in the career, Richard completed internships at CWS-boco International GmbH and HELLA, among others. Richard holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Management from Ruhr University Bochum.
