Sara Williams

Sara Williams currently serves as the Visiting Director of Advocacy Programs at Samford University Cumberland School of Law, a position held since August 2023. With a robust legal career beginning in civil defense, Sara has been an Attorney at Law for Alexander Shunnarah Personal Injury Attorneys, P.C. since July 2013, focusing on litigating cases such as premises liability, motor vehicle negligence, wrongful death, and trucking. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate at Carr Allison from September 2010 to May 2012 and at GAINES, WOLTER & KINNEY from September 2006 to May 2008. Sara received a B.A. in English Literature from Florida State University from 1998 to 2003, followed by a law degree from Samford University from 2003 to 2006.
