Anne Laughlin Carpita

Anne Laughlin Carpita has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Anne is currently the Director of Corporate Communications at Alexandra Lozano Immigration Law PLLC since October 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Marketing Officer - Interim at QuickMD from September 2022 to March 2023.

From October 2021 to September 2022, Carpita worked as the Director of Marketing and Communication at Health Center Partners of Southern California. Anne also held multiple roles at Amazon, including Public Relations for U.S. Operations, Canada, and LATAM from January 2019 to November 2021, and Community Relations & Communications for Eastern U.S. Operations from April 2016 to November 2021.

Before joining Amazon, Carpita was the Area Director of Public Relations & Field Communications at Republic Services from 2010 to April 2016. Anne also owned, edited, and published a weekly newspaper called Orion Media Group, LLC from January 2010 to 2013.

Earlier in their career, Carpita served as the Managing Director of The SMART Association, a non-profit association focused on promoting safe work environments and insurance premium refunds. Anne also held positions as a City Council Member and Planning Commissioner at the City of Duvall.

Carpita started their career as a Marketing and Sales Manager at Approach Management Services. Anne also worked as a Community Outreach Manager for the Office of Congressman Dave Reichert at the U.S. House of Representatives.

Anne Laughlin Carpita completed their education as follows:

- From 1990 to 2003, they obtained multiple degrees at the University of Washington, including a Master of Architecture (MArch), Master of Arts (MA), Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Spanish, and Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Music, with a focus on Architecture, Spanish, and Music.

- In 1997-1998, Anne attended the Escuela Tecnica de Arquitectura at the Universidad de Granada in Spain, pursuing a degree in Architecture.

- In 1996, they briefly studied at the Universidad de Granada's Escuela de Lenguas Modernas, focusing on Spanish History and Literature.
