Doug Blouch

Doug Blouch serves as Unit Manager for Manufacturing Engineering & Maintenance at Alfa Laval and has held the position of Unit Manager for Order Planning & Engineering since October 2016. In this role, Doug Blouch oversees the Order Planning Function and Local Product Engineering & Design for Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers and Compabloc Heat Exchangers produced at the Richmond facility, primarily serving the North American market along with global customer requirements, including ASME coding. Doug Blouch earned a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, completing studies from 1985 to 1990.
