As the Chief Customer Officer of Algolia, Jim is focused on partnering with customers to drive positive outcomes leveraging our platform. He is passionate about providing a fantastic experience for our customers through proactive engagement, successful implementation and value realization. Prior to joining Algolia, Jim was EVP of Customer Success Alteryx where, as an early employee, he built the customer success function from scratch helping grow the Alteryx customer base to over 6,000 worldwide representing over $400M in revenue. Jim holds a B.S. in Earth and Environmental Sciences from Lehigh University.
