Regina O’Brien

Regina is solutions-oriented Human Resources leader, focused on fast and thoughtful problem-solving for stability and scalability with flexibility for growing companies. A trusted adviser and sought-after facilitator for team-building events and other engagements, she focuses on creating spaces where diversity of thought is recognized, embraced, and celebrated. Regina has previously led the Global HR Operations function for TraceLink, the Global HR Center of Excellence for Demandware (now Salesforce Commerce Cloud), and served in other HR-related functions and roles at Brookfield Renewable Power, Salary.com, and Akamai. Regina holds a Bachelors Degree in International Relations from Clark University, and a General Course Certification from the London School of Economics. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and a Certified Kolbe Consultant.
