Alida is looking for a talented and visionary leader to fill a highly visible role in our Global Strategy and Marketing organization. You are a go-to-market strategy leader, with strong SaaS experience and passion in building growth strategies and strong partnerships across teams. You have a proven record of translating customer journey insights and market analysis into go-to-market initiatives that drive growth.
The responsibilities of this role include working with our sales, customer success, marketing, partner and product teams to build strategies that will drive growth in current and new markets. You consistently demonstrate leadership qualities that inspire trust and alignment in support of driving GTM strategy and practices cross-functionally.
- Define GTM strategy for Alida’s offerings, led by insightful internal and external research, benchmarking and analytics
- Assess effectiveness of current GTM strategy, refine and optimize accordingly
- Help drive our strategic planning process
- Align GTM strategies cross-functionally, including with Sales, Partners, Customer Success, Finance, Product and Marketing teams
- Provide thought leadership about the Customer Experience Management space, including showcasing how Alida leverages its own solutions to uncover and action customer insights.
- Partner cross-functionally to evaluate and optimize Alida’s customer journey
- Perform business, customer and market analysis and support execution of high-impact strategic projects and mission-critical initiatives
- Drive alignment and best practices application across regions and shared functions globally
- Ensure teams across the organization are armed with the data, analysis and intelligence needed to inform their objectives
- Balance strategy with operations to ensure that models can be effectively implemented
- Evangelize Alida’s unique approach to CX and CXM in prospect, customer and partner interactions
- 15+ years of progressive experience in global software Sales Strategy, GTM Strategy, and/or top-tier Strategy Consulting.
- Experience in Cloud and SaaS GTM and Subscription business models
- Strong fluency in Customer Experience
- Great business acumen, exceptional strategic thinking skills balanced with operational execution capabilities
- History of developing and leading GTM strategies and transformations cross-functionally
- Creative with strong problem-solving skills, analytical and process mindset, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced results-oriented environment
- Strong executive presence, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High performer with track record of exceeding performance expectations and metrics
- MBA or Strategy Consulting experience preferred
