Stephanie Freedman

Stephanie Freedman is a seasoned professional in community management and engagement, currently serving as Senior Community Manager at Alida since April 2022, managing a $1M portfolio and overseeing accounts of direct reports. Previously, at Family Enterprise Canada, Stephanie launched a community platform and developed member resources as the National Manager of Membership & Community Engagement. Earlier experiences include roles at ILSC Education Group, where promotion to Team Lead occurred within seven months, and contributions to Greystone College and various journalism positions, showcasing strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Stephanie holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
