Alida Activate 2022 EMEA Event Reimagines Experience
CX industry experts across EMEA united together to reimagine how to design valuable experiences
LONDON— May 11, 2022 — Alida, a leader in Total Experience Management (TXM), presented its 2022 EMEA edition of the annual Alida Activate event series on May 10, 2022. The virtual customer experience (CX) conference featured a host of CX professionals from industry-leading organisations including Travelport, Gamesys, Verve, and Logitech. Attendees from across EMEA were invited to learn and reimagine the possibilities of CX with innovative approaches to customer, employee, product, and brand experiences.

The annual event theme was “Experience, Reimagined”. The first event in the global series invited attendees from EMEA to learn and reimagine the possibilities of CX with innovative approaches to customer, employee, product, and brand experiences. A presentation from Wainwright and Kerry Bodine, discussing the ‘Empathy in Action’ study and the challenges of capturing and measuring empathy, along with sharing ways to overcome those hurdles.
For Alida’s next keynote session, Riaz Riahan, Alida’s President of Products and Maxie Schmidt, VP Principal Analyst at Forrester, took the stage discussing CX innovation for a cookieless world, exploring what it means to innovate outside the box and deliver world-class experiences.The event continued with engaging customer stories from innovative industry leaders from Travelport, Gamesys, Verve, and Logitech.
Topics included strategies to champion customer experience at your company, how an engaged community can lead to better business decisions, approaches to fueling agile innovation, CX and brand strategy with insights that are bold, future-facing and “true”, and how to uncover new segments & designed inclusive experiences.
