Alida promotes Jason Baldree, welcomes SVP Tony Chung, Alida

The world’s first Customer Experience Management (CXM) and insights platform, Alida, has announced that Jason Baldree has been promoted to Chief Customer Officer. In addition, Tony Chung has been appointed as Senior Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Success, reporting to Mr. Baldree.

“Jason has made enormous contributions to Alida during his tenure. He embodies our values and always leads with empathy by putting the customer at the center of our business. He focuses on making decisions with our customers, not for them - Alida’s ultimate goal. Through his leadership, his teams have consistently attained above 90% customer satisfaction ratings (CSAT); an extraordinary feat,” said Alida CEO Ross Wainwright. “Equally, I’m thrilled to welcome Tony to Alida. As we focus on driving enterprise value, he brings global software expertise that will support our customers to close the feedback loop with CXM.”

Mr. Baldree has more than 20 years of customer success and operations experience. He joined Alida in 2018 after customer roles with BMC Software, CA Technologies and Protiviti. In his new role, he will oversee the company’s global customer success team, as well as its customer support and services divisions.

Mr. Chung comes to Alida from a 16-year career at SAP Concur, where he was most recently responsible for leading the company’s Global Services strategy to integrate systems, processes and offerings across SAP cloud business units. In his role at Alida, he will oversee consulting services and value realization programs, including the Alida JumpStart Program.

At Infor, he led digital engineering globally. Early in his career, he worked at Accenture and Ernst & Young advising C-suite executives at F500 corporations. Riaz holds engineering and MBA degrees and is a graduate of Stanford University’s management development program. He is a member of MENSA. Riaz is passionate about youth STEM education. Since 2004 he has served as volunteer/teacher for Junior Achievement, a global non-profit organization focused on youth education.
