Joanne Rich

Joanne Rich is an experienced professional in the field of health and welfare benefits, currently serving as the Global Benefits Director at Alight Solutions since August 2011. Over the years, Joanne has held various titles including Director of Benefits and HR Senior Benefits Manager, specializing in the design and administration of benefits across North America. Notable achievements include coaching and managing a team of 13 global colleagues, leading client-specific trainings, and implementing new clients onto benefit administration systems. Joanne's prior experience includes working as a Junior Plan Administrator at Howard Simon & Associates, where responsibilities involved managing 401(k) plans and ensuring compliance with pension laws and IRS guidelines. Joanne holds a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University, along with an Associate of Science from McHenry County College.
