Paul Halaburt

Paul Halaburt has extensive work experience in the insurance and consulting industry. Paul began their career at Hanover Insurance Company in 1992, where they worked in commercial lines underwriting for a year. In 1993, they joined Aon Hewitt, where they held various roles including Partner, Account Executive and later Partner, Local Market Leader. Paul was with Aon Hewitt for over two decades, until 2017. Currently, they are working as the Vice President, Market Leader at Alight Solutions.
