Justin Paluch

Justin Paluch is the Head of Design at Alioth. Prior to that, they were the Senior Mobile Product Designer at NurseGrid, where they lead the design efforts for Android, iOS, and web products. Justin also worked as the Senior User Experience Designer at AppNexus and the Senior Product Designer at Trapit, Inc. As the first on-staff designer at Trapit, Justin established the internal design processes and worked closely with the product and engineering teams. Justin was responsible for the redesign of the Trapit marketing site, the overhaul of the Android and iOS apps, and the revision of existing features in the web app.

Justin Paluch completed a Bachelor's degree in Design and Visual Communications, General at Ohio University.

Their manager is Janet Stafford, CO-Founder & CEO. They work with Hank Stringer - Executive Search Consultant & Co-Founder, Karen Halkovic - Executive Recruiter, and Luke Arno - Chief Architect.
