Emma Hodgson is a highly experienced professional in laboratory management and process chemistry, currently serving as the Global Laboratory Services Manager at ALKEGEN since September 2016. Hodgson has demonstrated exceptional project management skills by successfully overseeing the design and establishment of new laboratory facilities, earning the Unifrax “Extra Mile” award for this achievement. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Mexichem, where Hodgson directed a technology platform and managed a team of laboratory scientists, and Sibelco Europe as a Research Officer. With a solid academic foundation, including a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of York, Hodgson has a proven track record of leading teams, managing complex projects, and ensuring compliance with safety standards in laboratory environments.
