Adam Castell

Adam Castell has extensive experience in the development of SATCOM ground terminals, holding various roles throughout their career. Adam started as an Electronic Design Engineer at Ultra Electronics, GigaSat in 2002, where they gained experience in all aspects of engineering and hardware manufacturing. Adam then joined SIS LIVE in 2009 as an Electronic Design Engineer, where they brought electronics hardware design capabilities to enable the development of satellite communications equipment. In 2017, Adam moved to General Dynamics Mission Systems as a Hardware Design Engineer, serving as Technical Director and System Engineer for the Small Deployable Antenna product range. Most recently, they worked at ALL.SPACE, starting in 2019 as a Terminal Management Engineer and progressing to roles such as Engineering Manager, Lead System Integration and Verification, and Global Head of Integration, focusing on the development of SATCOM ground terminals for use on satellite constellations.

Adam Castell completed their National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Barnfield Technology Campus from 2000 to 2002. Adam then pursued a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the same institution from 2002 to 2004. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from BTEC.
