Jennifer Roback

Jennifer Roback is the Director of People & Experience at Allbirds. Jennifer has over 10 years of experience in merchandising and team development. Prior to joining Allbirds, Jennifer was a Leadership + Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, advising small business leaders on how to create high-performance, results-oriented cultures. Jennifer has also worked as a Divisional Merchandise Manager and Senior Merchant Manager. In their current role, Jennifer is responsible for leading Allbirds' people strategy and creating an exceptional experience for employees.

Jennifer Roback has a Fundamentals of Co-Active Coaching certification from the Co-Active Training Institute, a Certified Health Coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and a 200 Hr Yoga Teacher Training certification from Yoga Vidya. Jennifer also has a BA in Chemistry from the College of Saint Benedict and a Certified Nursing Assistant certification from St Cloud Technical and Community College.
