Rosemary Giacomelli is the current Global VP of People at Allbirds. Rosemary has held various HR positions at different companies over the past 11 years. Most recently, they were the Head of People Business Partners at The RealReal from March 2019 to September 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director of Employee Relations at SEPHORA from September 2018 to March 2019.

Rosemary began their career in HR at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in 2009, where they worked their way up to Global Director of Human Resources over the course of 8 years. In this role, they were responsible for Pottery Barn and Pottery Kids Field employee relations and HR operations. Rosemary left Williams-Sonoma in 2017 to take on the role of Director of Human Resources for Shared Services at the company.

Rosemary is a highly experienced HR professional with a proven track record in leading and developing people strategies that drive business results. Rosemary is passionate about building strong cultures and creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

Rosemary Giacomelli has a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from the University of California, Davis. Rosemary has a Master of Science in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco School of Management.
