Clare Rippin is the current Director of Manufacturing at [Allbirds](/org/allbirds). Clare has over ten years of experience in the apparel industry, specializing in product development, manufacturing, and licensing. 

Clare started their career in 2010 as a Graduate Scheme Trainee at Harris Watson Holdings Limited. Clare then spent two years at Lyle & Scott as the Product Development & Licensing Manager for APP, FW, and EQ. In 2013, they took a Secondment as the Assistant Accounts Manager at Waterlinks Investments Limited in Hong Kong. 

In 2017, Clare joined adidas as the Senior Manager Manufacturing Innovation. During their time there, they oversaw the company's manufacturing processes and implemented new technologies to improve efficiency. In 2019, they left adidas to join [VF Corporation](/org/v-f-corp) as the Senior Merchandise Manager. Clare was with [VF Corporation](/org/v-f-corp) until March 2021 when they assumed their current role at [Allbirds](/org/allbirds). 

Clare is a highly skilled and experienced professional with a passion for apparel manufacturing. Clare is constantly seeking out new ways to improve processes and increase efficiency. Under their leadership, [Allbirds](/org/allbirds) is sure to continue to produce high-quality products that meet the needs of their customers.

Kimberley Yaeger is the Head of Global Visual Merchandising and Retail Brand Marketing at [Allbirds](/org/allbirds). Prior to their current role, they served as a Creative Direction / Brand Strategy / Retail Experience Design / Visual Merchandising Consultant at KEY CREATIVE from April 2019 to November 2020.

Kimberley has an extensive background in retail, having worked with brands such as [Patagonia](/org/patagonia), [Columbia Sportswear](/org/columbia-sportswear), Keds, [Brandless](/org/brandless), and [Spanx](/org/spanx). Himanshu Sinha is the VP of Digital Growth and eCommerce at [Allbirds](/org/allbirds). Himanshu has over 10 years of experience in marketing and performance marketing. Prior to joining [Allbirds](/org/allbirds), Himanshu was the VP of Media and Performance Marketing at [Blue Nile](/org/blue-nile) from June 2019 to January 2021. At [Blue Nile](/org/blue-nile), Himanshu was responsible for building customer-centric growth and retention marketing channels (paid and organic search, social and display, email/CRM, and affiliates partners) powered through data, technology and world-class performance marketers. 

From April 2018 to June 2019, Himanshu was the Head of Performance Marketing at [eBay](/org/ebay). At [eBay](/org/ebay), Himanshu led MarTech (product management, engineering, analytics and data science) and channel performance for paid channels (search, social and display). 

Prior to [eBay](/org/ebay), Himanshu worked at [Expedia Group](/org/expedia-group) from October 2013 to March 2018 as the Senior Director of Customer Marketing. At [Expedia Group](/org/expedia-group), Himanshu built a best-in-class customer marketing/retention function leveraging advanced analytics, big data, technology and great people.

Prior to joining Allbirds, she served as Adidas North America’s Senior Vice President of Brand, where she played an integral role in the development of creative, result-driven marketing programs. Ms. Ridley was instrumental in positioning Adidas at the intersection of sport and culture and leveraged the brand’s sustainable innovation credentials to rise above the competition in the next frontier of footwear and apparel. She started her career as a Category Manager at Adidas and from 2003 to 2012 and 2014 to 2022 held positions of increasing responsibility. Ms. Ridley studied Banking & Finance and International Marketing at Monash University in her native Australia and completed executive education at Harvard Business School and the Center for Creative Learning.

Justin Cleveland is the current Senior Director of Materials & Apparel Development at [Allbirds](/org/allbirds). Prior to this role, Cleveland served as the Director of Apparel Development and Sourcing at [Stance](/org/stance) Socks from November 2014 to September 2018. In this role, Cleveland was responsible for launching Underwear in November 2015- which saw 200% growth in revenue in its first two years. Cleveland was also responsible for developing the strategy and processes to add new categories within [Stance](/org/stance)’s single product focus, designing global sourcing and Quality Control strategy for the new apparel programs, and increasing overall category margin of men’s underwear by 18% within the first two years. 

Cleveland has experience in overseeing the entire product lifecycle for both men’s and women’s apparel categories, and is fully accountable for on time and on quality performance of each category as well as their gross margins. Cleveland is also a member of [Stance](/org/stance) Inc Innovation team called “Stance Play” which delivers continuous support and training to all cross functional teams as [Stance](/org/stance) transitions from sock only business to new apparel categories. Identifying key markets for [Stance](/org/stance)’s expansion into new categories, negotiating cost, lead time, and terms with factories ensuring mutual benefit for both parties, and accelerated sample and production lead time to execute on calendar each season are all additional experience that Cleveland bring to their current role at [Allbirds](/org/allbirds).

Prior to [Allbirds](/org/allbirds), Jad commercialized first-of-a-kind renewable materials while at [Solazyme](/org/solazyme) and invested in bioenergy pioneers at Chevron Tech Ventures. Olivier Henrichot is the Senior Director of Design Futures at [Allbirds](/org/allbirds). Olivier previously served as the Director of Cascade Sports Car Club and as a Senior Innovation Designer at Nike.

Olivier has played a pivotal role in the design of some of Nike's most iconic products, including the Nike AlphaFly Next% and the Nike Vaporfly Elite. Olivier was also instrumental in the development of Nike's React cushioning system.

Prior to their current position, Ahmad was the Head of Operations and before that, the Director of Global Planning and Merchandising. Ahmad has also worked with [Rocket Internet](/org/rocket-internet-se) GmbH and Apple. At [Rocket Internet](/org/rocket-internet-se), they were a Product Manager for Daraz.pk where they oversaw product design, development, operations, analytics, customer acquisition and customer interaction. While at Apple, Ahmad was the Manager of Worldwide Product Planning and Operations where they were responsible for forecasting global demand and allocating supply for Apple's iPad business line. Ahmad also lead and drove the strategy and execution of global launches of new iPad products across multiple teams such as finance, marketing, factory operations, procurement, Online and Retail stores, and Channel sales.

Jamie then joined Tom Dixon as a designer in 2006, before moving to their current role as VP, Design Futures at [Allbirds](/org/allbirds) in 2016.
