Matt Summerfield

Matt Summerfield is a seasoned business process automation professional with extensive experience in integrating procurement systems and enhancing supply chain operations. Currently serving as the Lead Business Process Automation Engineer at Allegion since January 2018, Matt focuses on global acquisitions, data accuracy, and user training, while also developing supplier quality metrics through Power BI. Prior experience includes significant achievements at Ecolab as a Business Systems Analyst, where automation efforts drastically reduced labor and inventory deficits. Earlier, Matt worked as a Central Logistics Planner at ArcelorMittal, optimizing logistics for rail and barge shipments, and began his career at Indiana University Bloomington, supervising student employees in food services. Matt holds a B.S. in Supply Chain Management and Information & Process Management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
