Tiffany Polster

Tiffany Polster is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in learning and talent development. As the Senior Director of Global Learning and Talent Development at Allegion, PLC since June 2019, Tiffany leads the talent strategy for a manufacturing organization with over 11,000 employees. Previous roles include Director of Talent at FirstPerson and Training Manager at Ingredion Incorporated, among others, where Tiffany focused on training and development initiatives. Tiffany's career also includes positions such as Training Specialist at Covance and Corporate Trainer at Baldwin and Lyons, contributing expertise in end-user training and various training programs. Educationally, Tiffany holds a Master’s degree in Communication and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, both from Ball State University.
