Matthew Healey

Matt Healey is a Managing Director in the New York office. He is responsible for leading functional HR executive search engagements primarily within the healthcare/life sciences, financial services, retail/packaged goods, and manufacturing sectors. Matt is a deeply skilled and well-rounded recruiter with 15 years of executive search experience.

Prior to rejoining Allegis Partners in 2022, Matt spent four years at Ceruzzi Properties, a $500M real estate development and management company, where he was a member of the management committee and was responsible for a significant corporate transformation. He developed and implemented contemporary management practices and processes, including a new management framework, new operating and financial controls, a new IT strategy, and new HR programs and policies.

Matt was first recruited to Allegis Partners 2015 to help to build the HR practice. Previously, he spent eight years with CTPartners. Initially, he joined the firm as an associate within their global private equity practice before transitioning to help build the firm’s global HR practice, where he worked his way up to partner. Matt has successfully executed dozens of senior leadership searches in HR across life sciences, financial services, professional services, retail and consumer, technology and media, and industrial sectors.

Matt began his career in 2004 as a recruiter with a boutique executive search firm. He graduated from Tabor Academy in Marion, Mass., and earned his bachelor's degree at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I. He resides in Fairfield, Connecticut.
