Lora Martinelli is a Director based in the Minneapolis office. She focuses on sourcing, recruiting, assessing, and relationship building with human resources professionals throughout the country.

Prior to joining [Allegis Partners](/org/allegis-partners), Lora worked for [Aerotek](/org/aerotek), another of [Allegis Group](/org/allegis-group)'s operating companies. Lora most recently held the role of Clinical Account Manager, where she focused on business development and client relationship management. Before that, she led a segment of recruitment for Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, screening, interviewing, and recruiting candidates for clinical research, human resources, finance, IT and commercial positions.

Lora received her bachelor's degree from [Penn State University](/org/penn-state). Travel is her joy, and she has been to 47 states and 36 cities around the globe.  While her heart belongs in Italy, Lora plans to visit the Galapagos Islands and Machu Picchu in the coming years. Her musical tastes cover all genres, and as an avid concert-goer, Lora estimates she has attended more than 1,000 performances. She ranks Billy Joel, Pink Floyd and Muse among her favorite performers, however, will never turn down seeing Zac Brown Band in the summertime!

Lora Martinelli

Rebecca Herbster-Chen is a Director in the Los Angeles office. She brings 20 years of experience in C-suite and executive level search across global consumer, industrial, technology, and financial services practices.

Prior to joining Allegis Partners, Rebecca held executive search roles as Associate and Information Specialist with Heidrick & Struggles, Director of Recruiting for boutique search firms in architecture and finance, and senior talent acquisition roles within real estate investment and technology firms. Prior to search, Rebecca spent her formative years in the development office of The Claremont Graduate University, part of the Claremont Colleges in California.
 
Rebecca holds a B.A. in Art History from the University of California, Riverside with one foot in the future and one planted firmly in the past. She is an avid fiber artist who enjoys streaming audio books on classic literature while her hands are busy knitting modern Fair Isle, brioche, and cables into something remotely wearable in a Southern California climate.

Rebecca Herbster-Chen

Deborah Ben-Canaan is a member of Allegis Partners’ CEO & Board Practice and a partner with Major, Lindsey & Africa. A seasoned search consultant, she works with CEOs, boards, CHROs and general counsel at organizations of all sizes to help them shape, grow and develop their teams and in their careers.

Deb brings a passion to her searches that invokes confidence in her clients and continually leads to long-term, trusted relationships. She takes the time to truly understand her clients' needs, cultures, and dynamics and acts as a guide through the hiring process, taking the guesswork and stress out of hiring. While her sense of humor eases the pressures associated with the process and adds an element of fun, her no nonsense approach to identifying talent results in matches that transcend the basic position description needs and dig deeper into the EQ and cultural fit of each candidate.

A subject-matter expert, Deb regularly serves on industry panels speaking on a variety of topics, including leadership, compensation, career growth, and diversity in the C-suite and boardroom. She also regularly writes articles on these topics and has received numerous accolades for mentoring women and junior recruiters.

Deb earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from The American University Washington College of Law and her B.S. from The Pennsylvania State University.

Outside the office, Deb spends her free time hanging out with her teenage daughter, cheering on the Penn State Nittany Lions football team, and relaxing with her favorite red wine.

Deborah Ben-Canaan

Lawrence (Larry) Krema has more than 20 years of human resources leadership and recruitment experience; and serves as a trusted advisor to senior executives and boards on talent, leadership development, succession planning, and culture.

Larry previously served as a Managing Director with FPL Advisory Group, performing global C-suite searches for real estate and hospitality companies. Before that, he was Global CHRO and Senior Vice President of Human Resources for [Simon Property Group](/org/simon-property-group), a leader in retail real estate and an S&P 100 company. Larry began his human resources career with leadership positions at [Macy's](/org/macys), The Limited, and Lbrands. He then joined NEC Corporation, where he ultimately led the HR division for the Americas. He then served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Equity Office Properties Trust; and Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Lawson Products.

Larry received his bachelor's degree from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, TX, and attended [Texas A&M University](/org/texas-a-m-university) for an MBA. He is actively involved in various industry and professional organizations, as well as a number of philanthropic organizations.  Larry is a Chicago sports fan and a running enthusiast. He and his wife, Julie, reside just outside of Chicago with their three children.

Lawrence J. Krema

Helen was appointed Chair of the APAC Advisory Board in Sydney in 2016 to help spearhead opportunities for growth and expansion locally and in the APAC region more broadly. As a former Senator in the Australian Parliament, Cabinet Minister, and Deputy Leader of the Government in the Senate, Helen has a key understanding of the impact of government, regulation, and the public sector on business operations and investment. Since transitioning from Parliament to the private sector, Helen has taken up an extensive portfolio of corporate and charitable roles, including an advisory practice.

Current appointments include directorships to the boards of Crown Resorts Limited and [Snowy Hydro](/org/snowy-hydro) Limited. She is the Chair of the Crown Board Audit and Governance Committee, Chair of Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Chair of the Crown Foundation. At [Snowy Hydro](/org/snowy-hydro), Helen chairs the Board Retail Energy Committee and serves on the Safety, Operations, and Environment Committee. Government appointments include Chair of Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority and Trustee of the Board of Sydney Opera House. In the private sector, Helen is the Chair of Supervised Investments Limited and the Co-Chair of GRACosway Pty Limited, part of the Clemenger Group. She is on the Advisory Board of J.P. Morgan and is a consultant to Samsung Australia, Aon, and [Quantium](/org/quantium).

A key influencer in Australian business and political circles, Helen is frequently sought out to provide keynote addresses at conferences and to contribute at media events. She recently headed a 40 strong delegation of leading Australian businesswomen to Israel and has actively mentored younger women in their corporate careers and political aspirations. She is a weekly panel contributor on Sky News Business—discussing politics and the implications for the business environment.

Helen has identified an opportunity for [Allegis Partners](/org/allegis-partners) to participate in a public/private sector coalition including representatives from most sectors of the economy to recruit and retain Australian Defence Force talent as they transition from active duty. Helen is keen to expand these opportunities to assist transition of top talent in sport, politics, academe, and the public sector to corporate roles.

Helen Coonan

Brent Harris is the Vice President of EMEA & APAC for [Allegis Partners](/org/allegis-partners) and [Major, Lindsey & Africa](/org/major-lindsey-africa), the world's leading legal search firm. Based in London, he is responsible for developing the strategy for international growth within EMEA and APAC regions for both organizations.

Previously, Brent served as Regional Vice President at [Major, Lindsey & Africa](/org/major-lindsey-africa)’s sister operating company Allegis Group International (formerly [Aston Carter](/org/aston-carter)). As a founding member of [Aston Carter](/org/aston-carter) in 1997, he brought more than 17 years of recruitment experience and was responsible for building and driving the growth of the permanent business predominantly within the UK but also overseas. His sector coverage has included financial services, high-end technology, and management consultancy.

Brent studied Japanese at the School of Oriental and African Studies, [University of London](/org/university-of-london). Brent lives in Richmond and is married to Natalie with whom he has three children. In his spare time, he supports a number of charitable organisations in a fundraising capacity, including Macmillan Cancer Trust, Rwanda Aid, and the Lawrence Dallaglio Foundation.

Brent Harris

Christopher Bampfylde is a Director in our Sydney office. With more than a decade of search experience, Chris helps clients throughout Asia Pacific and globally identify high-quality executive talent for C-level roles. He is a passionate executive search professional who is dedicated to building rapport with key decision-makers in market-leading organisations to learn more about global economies.

Chris began his career in executive search as a researcher with Talent2 in Bahrain in 2008. He moved to Hong Kong in 2011 to support Talent2’s APAC team where Chris was quickly promoted to support the search practice on retained mandates across multiple sectors. In 2012, Talent2 was acquired by [Allegis Group](/org/allegis-group) and the Talent2 division under which Chris operated, Talent Partners, was rebranded as [Allegis Partners](/org/allegis-partners) where Chris specialised in search and mapping mandates within the insurance sector across Hong Kong, China, and South East Asia. Chris left Hong Kong in 2016 to move to Australia and joined [Odgers Berndtson](/org/odgers-berndtson) where he primarily worked with high-growth US multinationals and Australian-headquartered software companies, focusing on the CTO, CMO, CEO, Country Managing Director, and Sales Director mandates.

Chris attended Leicester University. He loves to travel and meet people from different walks of life. He is social, enjoys playing sports, and has an interest in languages.

Christopher Bampfylde

Brian T. Davis is a Managing Director based in our New York office and a Partner with [Major, Lindsey & Africa](/org/major-lindsey-africa). He is particularly skilled in corporate, corporate finance, capital markets, private equity, hedge fund, compliance, and tax searches for major financial institutions, broker-dealers, hedge funds, private-equity funds, sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and law firms.

Brian has been involved in the New York financial services community for many years, working with major firms including TPG Capital, [Fortress Investment Group](/org/fortress-investment-group-llc), D.E. Shaw & Co., Facebook.com, Silver Point Capital, The Church Pension Group, [Maverick Capital](/org/maverick-capital), and Providence Equity Partners. He has served as General Counsel to a publicly held Internet company and was a Senior Partner in a mid-sized New York law firm specializing in corporate, finance, tax, and securities law.

Brian earned his LL.M. (in taxation) from New York University School of Law, his J.D. from [Brooklyn Law School](/org/brooklyn-law-school), and his B.A. from [Fordham University](/org/fordham-university). Brian is an active member of the Board of Trustees of an all girls' school in the Bronx, NY. He enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to various European and Asian capitals. He is an avid rugby and football fan.

Brian T. Davis

Kate Downard, Associate, specializes in building relationships with candidates across the United States to fill executive and senior-level roles within a variety of industries. She works closely with her [Allegis Partners](/org/allegis-partners) colleagues to find that perfect fit – for client and candidate.
 
Kate began her career with [Major, Lindsey & Africa](/org/major-lindsey-africa), the sister company of [Allegis Partners](/org/allegis-partners), as an Administrative Assistant in 2015. After moving through the ranks, she was excited for the opportunity to join an emerging business line and expand her knowledge of executive research. After learning the ropes as a Research Associate, Kate made the move to Associate to further her career in executive search.
 
Kate earned her B.A. from the [University of South Florida](/org/university-of-south-florida) with a concentration in literature. She loves to garden, kayak, and hang out with her two dogs and cat. She keeps cool in sunny Florida by swimming as much as possible!

Kate Downard

Zack Wright is a Research Associate based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, he focuses on sourcing leadership talent, driving search strategy and gathering industry insight for the team.

Zack earned his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. After graduating, he joined Teach for America, where he taught high school mathematics for two years. He then transitioned to teaching for the Tredyffrin/Easttown School District and later The Hill School before moving into executive search. Zack spent three years with a national executive search firm as a Research Specialist, gaining insight into the talent available in various markets.

Zachary Wright

Paula Bradley, Senior Manager, Research and Knowledge Management, heads the research and knowledge management function, providing in-depth insight into the market, trends, and talent. She conducts extensive market research looking at industries, functions, and organizations to inform the consultants’ strategic approach to their searches.

Paula is an experienced executive search professional having served both private and public companies within the consumer and industrial sectors previously. Before joining Allegis Partners, she was Research Director for O’Neill Consulting, an Acertitude company. There, she mentored and trained research associates, teaching them best practices including targeted research, communications, and candidate vetting. She also supported the execution of searches to engage highly qualified candidate slates to meet or exceed clients’ needs.

Paula began her recruiting career with Fortune Personnel Consultants of Providence following Product Development and Marketing roles for blue-chip retailers including Swarovski and Nine West Group. She is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island.

Paula Bradley

Matt Healey is a Managing Director in the New York office. He is responsible for leading functional HR executive search engagements primarily within the healthcare/life sciences, financial services, retail/packaged goods, and manufacturing sectors. Matt is a deeply skilled and well-rounded recruiter with 15 years of executive search experience.

Prior to rejoining Allegis Partners in 2022, Matt spent four years at Ceruzzi Properties, a $500M real estate development and management company, where he was a member of the management committee and was responsible for a significant corporate transformation.  He developed and implemented contemporary management practices and processes, including a new management framework, new operating and financial controls, a new IT strategy, and new HR programs and policies.

Matt was first recruited to Allegis Partners 2015 to help to build the HR practice. Previously, he spent eight years with CTPartners. Initially, he joined the firm as an associate within their global private equity practice before transitioning to help build the firm’s global HR practice, where he worked his way up to partner. Matt has successfully executed dozens of senior leadership searches in HR across life sciences, financial services, professional services, retail and consumer, technology and media, and industrial sectors.

Matt began his career in 2004 as a recruiter with a boutique executive search firm. He graduated from Tabor Academy in Marion, Mass., and earned his bachelor's degree at Roger Williams University in Bristol, R.I. He resides in Fairfield, Connecticut.

Matthew Healey

Morgan Dever is a Director based in the Chicago office. She specializes in identifying high-caliber candidates across the United States to fill executive and senior-level roles within a variety of industries.

Prior to joining Allegis Partners, Morgan was an Executive Search Consultant at LaSalle Network and an Executive Search Associate with GattiHR before that. In these roles, she managed the recruitment process, screened and interviewed candidates, and performed industry research.

Morgan is a graduate of the University of Michigan. While earning her B.A. in English language and literature, Morgan played on the Division I field hockey team. She is a sports enthusiast and enjoys staying active through running and practicing yoga.

Morgan Dever

Evangelos is a member of Allegis Partners’ CEO & Board Practice and also leads senior legal, regulatory and compliance searches for Major, Lindsay & Africa’s EMEA and APAC In-House Counsel group.

Based in London and Singapore, Evangelos has a strong sector interest in Professional Services, Insurance and Emerging Technology.

He serves as an advisory board member for a global enterprise software house and a leading fintech.

Prior to joining Allegis Partners, Evangelos was an equity partner and APAC general counsel of EY and APAC vice president, Chief Counsel of BT. He also served as EMEA president for a Gartner magic quadrant contract lifecycle management SaaS provider.

His global advisory practice extends to function performance and maturity assessment, resourcing and spend management strategy, enterprise contract lifecycle management strategy, succession planning, professional development frameworks and off-shoring / legal process outsourcing strategy.

Evangelos has lived and worked in the US, Middle East, India, Hong Kong and Singapore. He is a graduate of University College London, a Barrister of Lincoln’s Inn and admitted as a Solicitor of England & Wales. Evangelos has also served as an adjunct Professor of Law at Hong Kong University and National University Singapore. He is fluent in Modern Greek.

Evangelos Apostolou

Jon Friedman is a Director in the Washington, D.C., office. He joined Allegis Partners in 2019, where he has since learned the ins and outs of executive search, mastered the nuances of client-candidate matchmaking, and assisted with the successful placements of 10 public company non-executive directors and three senior executives.

Prior to joining Allegis Partners, Jon spent more than seven years working for one of the country’s leading political consulting firms as a Senior Political Strategist, specializing in integrated voter contact and direct response fundraising. In his prior role, he served as the lead on top accounts including for the Republican National Committee (RNC), and National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), and a host of Presidential, Gubernatorial, Senate, and Congressional campaigns across the country. His primary responsibilities were to devise and execute high impact integrated marketing campaigns that raised significant funds, make voters “sit up and take notice,” and develop new multichannel service offerings for the firm.

Before moving back to Washington in 2011, Jon served in a number of campaign roles – including stints as Deputy Absentee Ballot Director for the RNC’s Victory Program in Wisconsin, as well as Absentee Ballot Director for the Victory Program in Michigan and for the Michigan Republican Party.

Jon graduated from James Madison College at Michigan State University with a B.A. in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy.

Jon Friedman

Diego Ash is a Director in the Los Angeles office. He brings over 20 years of experience working with C-suite leaders and senior executives to tackle strategic objectives in a variety of industries. As a Director, Diego focuses on helping clients solve their most important human capital challenges by building relationships with professionals across the country and engaging them in discussions about new opportunities. He enjoys working with people and appreciates the diversity of experience, thought, and value every person brings.

Diego began his search career with a Connecticut-based boutique board and executive recruiting firm. Initially serving as a project manager, he progressed into research before moving into candidate development and assessment. Before that, he was a Special Projects and Business Development Manager with Beachbody, LLC, a global health and fitness company, where he worked closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer on key initiatives, investigated new business ventures, and managed music licensing agreements. Earlier in his career, Diego held roles of increasing responsibility with a variety of organizations in finance, entertainment, law, and education.

Diego earned his bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Southern California while competing as a two-sport athlete in Track & Field and Cross-Country. He also earned a certification in Project Management from the University of California, Los Angeles. In his spare time, Diego enjoys sports, cooking, photography, playing bass guitar, and traveling to explore new places and cultures. He continues to run competitively and has completed the Los Angeles Marathon twice.

Diego Ash

Robert (Bob) Lambert is a Global Practice Leader working from [Allegis Partners](/org/allegis-partners)’ Southern California offices. For more than 30 years, Bob has served a wide variety of organizations in their drive to build a responsible and sustainable competitive advantage through the alignment of focused, strategic thinking, bottom-line execution, and exceptional executive talent.

Bob has a passion for engaging leaders in conversations that have genuine meaning and impact, both for their organizations and in their personal lives. He approaches his client engagements with a precise strategic focus and sense of urgency working with complex global organizations as well as smaller companies—public-traded, privately-held, and PE-backed—helping them shape their futures and meet challenges they are confronting.

Bob has served as Chief Human Resources Officer for several public and private companies including Macy’s, [Patagonia](/org/patagonia), and REI. Additionally, he has served as a Managing Partner with [Heidrick & Struggles](/org/heidrick-struggles) and CTPartners. 

Prior to entering business, Bob proudly served as an officer in the U.S. Navy, flying the carrier-based A6E "Intruder" aircraft in forward-deployed operations as well as research, flight test, and development. He holds a M.A. in Finance from [Webster University](/org/webster-university) and a B.S. from [Arizona State University](/org/arizona-state-university).

Bob and his wife, Debi, have been married for 37 years and reside in Irvine, California. 

Robert J. Lambert

Keith Meyer, the Global Practice Leader of the CEO & Board Practice, has 20 years of global experience developing innovative corporate governance and senior leadership solutions for Fortune 500, mid-cap, and not-for-profit organizations, as well as personally leading numerous CEO and board of director searches.

Keith currently serves as the President of Directors Academy Inc., a national not-for-profit focused on accelerating shareholder value creation through the development and placement of the next generation of diverse directors. 

Prior to joining [Allegis Partners](/org/allegis-partners), Keith was the Founder of Park Avenue Advisors, a board of directors and CEO advisory and recruitment firm. He worked closely with Fortune 500 public companies, private equity portfolio investments, and early stage ventures to build high-performing boards and top teams. He previously held leadership roles with CTPartners, leading their global CEO & Board Practice, as well as [Heidrick & Struggles](/org/heidrick-struggles), where he was Vice Chair and Head of the Global Board Consulting Practice. Keith also was a Partner at [Egon Zehnder](/org/egon-zehnder), where he led the firm's Chicago office. He began his consulting career with [McKinsey & Company](/org/mckinsey-company). He has prior management experience at [PepsiCo](/org/pepsico) and [ExxonMobil](/org/exxonmobil).

Keith earned his B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois.  In his spare time, Keith enjoys playing golf and watching EPL soccer matches.

Keith Meyer

Based in our San Francisco office, John K. Anderson, Managing Director, specializes in helping organizations elevate their Human Resources/People Operations function to drive company performance and culture.    

John has more than 25 years of human resources experience, both as a senior HR leader and as an executive search consultant. John enjoys providing talent advisory services and working with the C-suite on their executive search needs. Prior to [Allegis Partners](/org/allegis-partners), John was Senior Vice President for hrQ, a human resources professional services firm focused on HR search and consulting. Before that, John focused his professional career in the technology sector, holding executive leadership roles as Chief People Officer at One Kings Lane and Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Quidsi Inc. He has also held leadership roles with Oracle, Memco Software, GetThere Inc., Siebel Systems, [Trigo Technologies](/org/trigo-technologies), and Fox Interactive Media.   

John has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He lives in Marin County with his wife, two kids, and their dog, Louie. John enjoys hiking and is an avid Chicago sports fan.

John K. Anderson

Jaemi Taylor, a Managing Director based in Seattle, has more than 18 years of experience in identifying talented executives for organizations in various industries—including technology, consumer goods, retail, professional services, industrial/manufacturing, pharmaceuticals/healthcare, and not-for-profits—across the Americas, Europe, APAC, and Australia. Her diverse client base spans Fortune 500 companies through small to mid-sized organizations that are public, private, and private equity and venture backed.

With deep expertise in HR, an extensive HR network, and cross-industry global experience, Jaemi works as an extension of her clients and develops lasting relationships with those whom she partners.  She believes in the power of communication and collaboration.  Her ability to understand the needs of a client has allowed her to deliver best in class talent time and again. 

Before joining Allegis Partners, Jaemi spent over three years with ChapmanCG, a specialized global HR search firm. There, she was a Managing Director leading senior executive HR searches for Vice President to CHRO level roles across the globe.  Prior to ChapmanCG, Jaemi worked at Robert Half Executive search and led a broad executive search practice in the Pacific Northwest.

Originally from Canada, Jaemi has lived in the U.S. for the past 21 years and has called Dallas, Baltimore, and Seattle home. When not at work, she can be found enjoying time with her husband, friends, and family. She is an avid traveler and loves great food, wine, and laughter. Her favorite pastime is exploring the waters of the Pacific Northwest.

She is a nationally recognized executive search consultant known for her creativity, commitment, and extensive network across industries. She conducts executive searches and works with CEOs, boards, CHROs, and general counsel.

For more than two decades, Melba has mastered the art of sharing insights on common challenges and opportunities in leadership development. She has built a national reputation through her work recruiting senior executives. With unparalleled access to and knowledge of a diverse candidate pool, she is a thoughtful, trusted advisor to an exclusive group and is ever mindful of the long-term goals of her clients. Her clients include large, global public companies as well as smaller more entrepreneurial entities. She thrives in the consumer products, technology, healthcare, and manufacturing spaces.

Melba received her Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of Connecticut.  

Melba Hughes

A Managing Director with [Allegis Partners](/org/allegis-partners), John Powell has more than 25 years of experience in executive search. He was an equity partner with a "Top 4" global search firm for 15 years and then spent 10 years helping establish Talent Partners, the predecessor firm to [Allegis Partners](/org/allegis-partners) in Australia. With a wealth of knowledge, industry expertise, and strong networks, John is highly regarded and respected for his passion and exceptional ability to achieve positive outcomes for his clients and candidates. John has successfully completed more than 700 assignments across a wide range of industries and functions including C-suite, senior executive, and leadership roles for startups and large corporate organizations in both the public and private sectors.

Prior to commencing his career in executive search, John worked with Chase AMP Bank as a General Manager with responsibility for client banking operations and marketing. Before this, he spent seven years with [American Express](/org/american-express), initially as Head of HR and later as Director of Card Member Services.

Born and educated in England, John migrated to Australia in 1969 and initially worked in human resource counseling before establishing his own HR consulting business. John enjoys spending time with family and on his rural holding in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales.

John Powell

Dimitri Mastrocola, Managing Director, is a member of [Allegis Partners](/org/allegis-partners)’ CEO & Board Practice and is also a Partner with [Major, Lindsey & Africa](/org/major-lindsey-africa). He is recognized on Wall Street and beyond for his extensive talent management knowledge of the financial markets.

He has conducted senior-level search assignments across all aspects of alternative asset management (hedge funds and private equity firms), traditional asset management, proprietary trading, corporate and investment banking, capital markets, private wealth management, clearing and payments, and insurance. Throughout his search career, Dimitri has successfully completed high profile General Counsel, CLO, CCO and COO searches for both regionally-based and globally-focused financial services organizations. 

Dimitri is adept at learning and understanding the professional requirements, needs, objectives, and philosophies of both his clients and candidates. His singular aim is to help both parties achieve long-term and mutually beneficial professional relationships.

Prior to joining [Allegis Partners](/org/allegis-partners) and MLA, Dimitri spent more than 15 years as a corporate attorney with Fasken Martineau in Montreal and with Shearman & Sterling in New York and as an Associate General Counsel with [Citigroup](/org/citigroup)’s corporate and investment bank in New York. 

Dimitri earned his law degree at [McGill University](/org/mcgill-university) in 1989. He resides in Newtown, Pennsylvania with his wife Rose and their three children. He is an avid fitness enthusiast, travel buff and lifelong student of personal development.

Gregory Richter is Vice President of [Allegis Partners](/org/allegis-partners). He is also Partner and Vice President, Retained Search and Advisory Services at legal recruiting firm [Major, Lindsey & Africa](/org/major-lindsey-africa) — leading the In-House Practice Group and Law Firm Management Practice Group as well as MLA Transform, an advisory services group that includes consulting offerings of Managed Legal Services and Talent Management Consulting. [Allegis Partners](/org/allegis-partners) and [Major, Lindsey & Africa](/org/major-lindsey-africa) are both part of the [Allegis Group](/org/allegis-group) family of companies, one of the largest privately held staffing and recruitment services companies in the world with headquarters in Hanover, MD.

In these roles, Greg is responsible for creating the vision and strategy, as well as developing the infrastructure and brands. He is committed to creating a dynamic environment for talent to realize its full potential.  

Greg has a B.S. in Marketing from [Quinnipiac University](/org/quinnipiac-university). He lives in Northern New Jersey with his wife Nicole and their twin daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, cycling, travel, and family time at the Jersey Shore.

Paul Williams is a member of the Allegis Partner Advisory Board.

Prior to his retirement, Paul co-led [Allegis Partners](/org/allegis-partners)’ North America CEO & Board Practice and was also a Partner with legal search firm [Major, Lindsey & Africa](/org/major-lindsey-africa), based in Chicago. He focused on identifying top board candidates and assessing organizational corporate governance as well as conducting corporate in-house searches for general counsel and other senior-level positions.

Paul is a member of the board of directors for two public companies: Essendant, Inc.; and [Compass Minerals](/org/compass-minerals), Inc. He currently is the Compensation Committee Chairman for and [Compass Minerals](/org/compass-minerals); and the Nominating and Governance Committee Chairman for Essendant. Paul is the President of the Chicago Chapter of the [National Association of Corporate Directors](/org/national-association-of-corporate-directors) (NACD). He is the former lead Independent Director of State Auto Financial Corporation and the former Compensation Committee Chairman of Bob Evans.

Prior to joining [Allegis Partners](/org/allegis-partners), Paul served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary of Cardinal Health, Inc., a Fortune 20 healthcare services company.
  
Paul graduated, cum laude, from Harvard and received his J.D. from Yale Law School. He speaks frequently on diversity-related issues and has been recognized by national publications as one of the country’s most influential diverse directors.  Paul is an avid fitness enthusiast and the proud father of two grown sons.
