Troi Barnes

Troi Barnes has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the public relations and media industry. They started their career at Rowan University, where they served as an Admissions Ambassador and later became an Admissions Ambassador Coordinator. Following that, they gained valuable experience as a Marketing Intern at NBC Sports Philadelphia, where they promoted live events, executed marketing initiatives, and assisted in planning company events. They continued their internship journey as a Communications Intern at Skai Blue Media, where they assisted with drafting pitches, media releases, and social media calendars for clients. They then joined WDAS-FM as an Intern, where they were featured on the station's podcast and provided technical support to on-air personalities. Troi returned to NBC Sports Philadelphia as an Administrative Manager before transitioning to Skai Blue Media as a Public Relations Account Coordinator and later as a Junior Account Coordinator. Currently, they are working at Allen & Gerritsen as a Supervisor, leading PR and Multicultural Business. Their responsibilities include managing PR efforts and overseeing business accounts within the company. Troi has consistently demonstrated their dedication and expertise in the field of PR and brings a wealth of experience to their current role.

Troi Barnes completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication at Rowan University from 2013 to 2017. In September 2019, they obtained a Level III: Advanced Sommelier certification from the Wine School of Philadelphia.
