Philip is Co-Head of our Global Banking Practice. Philip advises banks and borrowers on a range of debt products, specialising in investment grade and leveraged acquisition finance, with a particular focus on lending transactions in the emerging markets. He has recently advised on a range of secured or unsecured financings in Africa, Turkey, Russia, Eastern Europe and the Middle East, among others.
