Chin Vincent

Chin Vincent is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and operations across various financial institutions. Currently serving as a Senior Business System Analyst at Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad since July 2025, Chin previously held roles in production support and transformation at Generali Malaysia, and as a Manager in IT Application Support, Agency Administration, and Telemarketing at Tokio Marine Insurance Group (Asia). Additional experience includes management positions at OCBC and Alliance Bank that focused on chargeback processes and card dispute resolution. Chin began a career in the chemical engineering field after earning a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Biology from Tunku Abdul Rahman College in 2004.
