Jesse Rocha

Jesse Rocha serves as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Alliance Technical Group since February 2020, previously holding the position of Regional Manager for Central Operations. Prior to this role, Jesse was the Business Development Manager at METCO Environmental from March 2018 to February 2020, where responsibilities included project management. Earlier experience includes serving as Senior Project Manager and AECOM Source Testing Section Manager at AECOM ENVIRONMENT from April 2012 to March 2018, alongside working as Trial Burn Manager at URS Corporation from June 2001 to April 2012 and Project Manager at METCO Environmental from May 1992 to June 2001. Jesse Rocha possesses over 25 years of expertise in air quality, source testing, systems engineering, business development, and project management, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Biology from West Texas A&M University.
