Dan McCaffrey

Dan McCaffrey is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in management and sales. Currently serving as Managing Director and Executive Vice President at Alliant Insurance Services since November 2015, Dan oversees the Northeast Employee Benefits practice and has successfully expanded the company's presence in Florida, achieving significant year-over-year growth since 2018. Prior to Alliant, Dan held key roles at Aetna from January 2003 to November 2015, where responsibilities included managing relationships with major consulting firms and driving the sales process in New York and New Jersey. Earlier in the career, Dan worked as a Senior Account Executive at Cigna. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Liberal Studies from St. John's College and a Bachelor’s degree in English from The University of Dallas.
