Jay Fischer

Jay Fischer, CIC, serves as the Managing Director and Executive Vice President at Alliant Insurance Services since July 2019, focusing on accelerated growth, P&L management, and enhancing client experiences in the Western Region of the United States. Prior to this role, Jay held the position of Senior Vice President and National Director of Operations at Alliant Americas, overseeing business operations and growth within the company's middle market platform. Jay co-founded One Risk Group, LLC, where as Managing Partner/EVP, a mission was established to deliver progressive financial services focused on client-centric risk management and insurance products. Previous experiences include serving as Vice President at McGriff Insurance Services following the acquisition of Tanner Insurance Brokers, and other roles in sales and account development within notable insurance firms. Jay holds a BA in Communications and Business from Westmont College and additional education from the University of San Diego.
