Emilie Dhal

Emilie Dhal currently serves as the Head of HR for the Northern Europe Region at Allianz Trade since October 2023 and has held the position of Head of HR for the Benelux region at Allianz Trade au Belux since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Emilie Dhal spent over a decade at Euler Hermes, where responsibilities included serving as Head of HR Business Partners for France/Corporate and managing talent and performance management across five countries. Emilie Dhal also contributed to HR project management and training initiatives within the organization. Earlier experience includes a position as HR Officer at Posterscope, focusing on recruitment and compliance with French legislation. Emilie Dhal holds a Master 2 degree in Human Resources from IGS Lyon, Institut de Gestion Sociale.
