Monika Kulińska

Monika Kulińska is an accomplished executive with a robust background in human resources and sales strategy. Currently serving as Chief Sales Officer and Board Member at Allianz Group since July 2022, Monika influences organizational sales strategy and manages Sales Regions. Monika also holds several supervisory board roles at Expander Polska and Allianz Sp. z o.o., providing strategic guidance for effective corporate governance. As President of Fundacja Zawsze przy Tobie, Monika leads initiatives supporting community welfare. With over a decade of experience at Aviva as People Director and Board Member, Monika developed comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives. Monika's career began at Commercial Union, where roles spanned from HR Assistant to HR Manager, and included recruitment coordination and trend analysis. Monika's education includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Warsaw University of Life Sciences and postgraduate studies in psychology from the University of Warsaw.
