Innes French

Innes French is an experienced professional specializing in data protection and technical support. Currently serving as the Data Protection Officer at PCI Pal since August 2017, Innes has successfully conducted data audits, data protection impact assessments, and staff training on GDPR and legal requirements, while also managing certification for four ISOs and PCI DSS. Prior to this role, Innes worked at Ansaback as a Technical Assistant, where skills in Javascript, SQL, and HTML/RegEx were developed to write agent scripts and manage database tables. Innes began a career at Ansaback as a Graduate Intern in First Line IT Support, focusing on compliance with ISO standards. Innes holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of York, completed in 2014.
