Dan Nielsen

Dan Nielsen currently serves as the Safety Director at Allied Mechanical Services, Inc., a role held since June 2021. Previously, Dan worked as the Environmental Health Safety Coordinator at Turnkey Network Solutions and as an EHS Specialist at Dematic. Dan was also actively involved with the American Society of Safety Professionals (ASSP) as Vice President of the GVSU Student Chapter. Dan holds a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Grand Valley State University, where studies were completed from 2016 to 2019, and has experience as a Health, Safety, and Environmental intern at Bosch USA. Prior education includes attendance at St. Laurence High School from 2011 to 2015.
