Yury Starikov

Yury Starikov has extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in various companies. Yury started their career in 2004 as Group CFO at Complex-Oil, where they were responsible for organizing financing activities, implementing budgeting systems, ensuring liquidity and solvency, and participating in the development of new business areas. During their time at Complex-Oil, they successfully increased revenue from $270 million to $530 million through the organization's raise of additional working capital.

In 2011, Yury joined Alloka Media as CFO and later became CEO of the main operation office. In this role, they participated in the development of strategic plans and supervised the heads of sales, customer service, and production departments.

Yury then moved on to Baseride Technologies Pte. Ltd. in 2015 and Drone Box in 2016, both as CFO. In these positions, they acted as an executive partner to the CEO and leadership team, contributing to the development of domestic and international strategies. Yury also led financial planning activities, including long and short-term strategic plans, budgets, forecasts, and treasury capital structure and financing.

Yury Starikov completed their education from 1991 to 1996 at the State University of Nizhni Novgorod named after N.I. Lobachevsky (UNN), earning a Specialist degree in Economics. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications. In September 2015, they achieved an advanced level of English proficiency through Duolingo. In February 2015, Yury obtained the ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR rus) from ACCA. Lastly, in January 2015, they completed EF Englishtown Level 12 - Upper Intermediate Completion Test from EF Education First.
