Robert A. Sinkler has an extensive educational background. Robert A. graduated from Windsor High School in Windsor, Illinois in 1979 with a High School Diploma. Robert A. then attended Eastern Illinois University, graduating in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Geology, cum laude. In 1991, they completed their Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University. Robert A. also obtained a Master of Arts in Geographic Information Systems from Kansas State University in 1992. From 1995 to 1997, they attended the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College to earn their Master of Military Art and Science. In 2005, they finished their Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.
