David Hallal

David Hallal is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Executive Chairman of AlloVir and CEO, Chair, and Co-Founder of ElevateBio, David has held prominent positions, including Chairman of the Board of Directors at iTeos Therapeutics SA and Scholar Rock, and a Board Member at Seer. Previously, David was the Chief Executive Officer at Alexion Pharmaceuticals from 2006 to 2016, after serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Commercial Officer. David's career began at The Upjohn Company, where roles included Sales Representative, and progressed through multiple leadership positions at Amgen, Biogen, and Eyetech Pharmaceuticals.
