Peter Syslack

Peter Syslack is the Head of RFP and Sub Advisory Services at Allspring Global Investments, overseeing teams responsible for delivering Requests for Proposals and servicing Sub Advised asset management for global clients since May 2023. Previously, Peter held the position of Head of Distribution Initiatives at Wells Fargo Asset Management Holdings, LLC, focusing on training and resources to enhance client-facing team effectiveness from January 2019 to November 2021. Peter's extensive experience at Wells Fargo includes serving as Vice President, Institutional Key Accounts Manager, and VP of Sales, managing client relationships and leading teams in support of institutional clients. Earlier in the career, Peter served as Sales Manager at Strong Investments, where team development was a key focus. Peter holds an MBA in Marketing and Management Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
